- Apply through ERAS
Application to include the following:
- Personal Statement
- USMLE Step I and II scores
- Medical School Transcript
- CV
- 3 recommendations - one or more from Emergency Medicine physicians
- Dean’s Letter or AAMC Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
- Candidates invited for interviews will be requested to complete and submit an LSUHSC-S application which
can be downloaded from (http://www.sh.lsuhsc.edu/GME/index.html) or it can be completed on the day of interview.
